L. A. Duesterbeck & Associates, Inc. was founded in 1973 by Linn A. Duesterbeck and has grown to be one of the leading commercial real estate appraisal companies in South-Central Wisconsin and recently Northern Illinois. The company began as a one person operation and evolved into a regional appraisal company, well respected by both regional and national clients for its quality, high tech appraisals with an emphasis on prompt service. Mr. Duesterbeck sold the single-family residential portion of the business several years ago to focus on the commercial aspect of the business.
