L. A. Duesterbeck & Associates, Inc. was founded in 1973 by Linn A. Duesterbeck and has grown to be one of the leading regional commercial real estate appraisal companies based in Wisconsin and recently Northern Illinois.  The company began as a one person operation and evolved into a regional appraisal company, well respected by both regional and national clients for its quality, high tech appraisals with an emphasis on prompt service and quality.  Mr. Duesterbeck sold the single-family residential portion of the business several years ago to focus on the commercial aspect of the business.
