Zachary T. Werner
Mr. Werner graduated in May of 2023 from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater where he majored in marketing. Though a marketing major, Mr. Werner took part in various classes throughout his college career directly pertaining to the real estate world such as: Estates and Trusts, Real Estate Law, Real Estate, and Business Law. Courses like these helped him develop an excellent understanding of economic principles, market dynamics, and valuation methods, aiding his transition to L.A. Duesterbeck & Associates. In addition to coursework, Mr. Werner was a member of the student-run organization, “Econ Society” at the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater, which has strengthened his ever-important ability to work as a team to accomplish a shared vision. While Mr. Werner’s qualifications have primarily been shaped by his academics, during his time at L.A. Duesterbeck & Associates he has participated in the appraisal of vacant parcels of land, multi-tenant commercial properties, and restaurant facilities. In addition to participating in the aforementioned appraisals, Mr. Werner has gained knowledge by taking inventory of site improvements, writing portions of reports, and viewing several properties. Mr. Werner has gained familiarity with the previously mentioned property types and continues to add to that list. His appraisal work is under the guidance and observation of Troy J. Kruser, MAI, as he works toward his licensure as a Certified General Appraiser by the State of Wisconsin.
