About Us
In 1973, Linn A. Duesterbeck founded L.A. Duesterbeck & Associates as a one person operation in Janesville, Wisconsin. Since that time, Linn grew the firm into the leading commercial real estate appraisal company serving Wisconsin, Northern Illinois, and Michigan’s Upper Peninsula. Our regional appraisal firm is widely recognized and well respected by local, regional, and national clients. Our reputation is for well-researched and prepared appraisal reports, provided in a timely manner.
Janesville
This former single person office now acts as the company headquarters, and houses four experienced appraisers, our director of research, and four support staff.
Appleton
L.A. Duesterbeck & Associates expanded north in 2009, and opened an office in Appleton, Wisconsin. The Appleton office has expanded since then, and currently includes four appraisers and three support staff.
Racine
We are also very excited about our newest office located in Racine, Wisconsin. First opening in February 2012, our Racine office now includes three appraisers and two support staff.
Since our founding in 1973, we have valued every type of real estate asset throughout the region. Our client base includes local, regional, and national lenders; business owners; law, insurance and accounting firms; and state, county, and local government bodies. Our geographic coverage has expanded to include most of Wisconsin, as well as Northern Illinois, and Upper Michigan. We subscribe to all commercially available sources of real estate market information, and maintain our own internal database of sale and lease comparables.
