Zachary D. Fenton
Mr. Fenton joined the L.A. Duesterbeck & Associates team in 2012, working as an associate appraiser under the guidance and direction of Mr. Linn A. Duesterbeck, MAI. Prior to joining the company he attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where he acquired a BBA in Real Estate. He was thereafter employed, for a short time, by World Savings, a national S&L, as a residential staff appraiser and was promoted to District Appraisal Manager for Wisconsin, with supervision of a staff of residential appraisers and independent contractors. Subsequently he was the Chief Appraiser for Waterstone Mortgage, a large national correspondent lender, headquartered in Pewaukee, Wisconsin, with responsibility for all facets of residential appraisal, including, but not limited to, policy, training, appraiser selection, and quality control.
